Brain tumour patient Ashya King has left hospital in Spain for proton treatment in the Czech Republic, according to the AFP news agency.
He has been receiving treatment at the Materno Infantil hospital in Malaga.
The ambulance carrying the five-year-old boy left the hospital followed by a police car and a taxi.
Parents Brett and Naghemeh King removed Ashya from Southampton General Hospital on 28 August after disagreeing with doctors about his treatment.
